I don’t know how to box - can you teach me?
Yes! All skill levels are welcome and our trainers have worked with first timers and professional athletes – we love introducing everyone to the benefits of boxing
I am a little intimidated - I am not in great shape… will i feel out of place?
You should definitely not feel intimidated. Everyone has different fitness levels and different fitness goals and we want to help you with you goals no matter where you are starting from. Taking the first step to just walk through the door is half the battle and you will see how great and supportive our community is from day 1.

When is your HIIT class?
Every weekday a 6pm – a perfect way to release the stress from the day.
I know professional athletes are members of BTB - Do I have to be a professional athlete to work out there?
We have something for everyone – whether you have been sparring for years or you have never hit a bag – there is a perfect workout waiting for you to discover it here.
How much do memberships cost?
We are always running specials and updating membership benefits to best suit our clientele – come in and we can go over pricing and benefits with you.
I am not sure I will like Boxing - can I try the gym before I buy a membership?
We offer first timer’s a free visit to show them all of the options BTB offers for their specific fitness needs. Just put your info in the form below and we will reach out to get your trial visit scheduled.
What precautions are you taking to protect members from COVID-19?
Our small boutique style has allowed us to thrive during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Unlike big box gyms with hundreds or thousands of members, our club offers an uber private and exclusive experience. During group classes and training we ensure safe social distancing and in personal training sessions, you and your trainer are the only people in the gym. Trainers always practice social distancing and sanitize each piece of equipment as it is used. We care about our members and their health is always our priority.
